The team at Revolution Machine Tools is planning their logistics and polishing their tooling to get ready for FABTECH 2026, which will be held October 21–23, 2026. North America’s largest event dedicated to metal forming, fabricating, welding, and finishing, FABTECH returns to Las Vegas for the first time in a decade, with the Las Vegas Convention Center reserved for the expo.
From the time RMT-branded equipment first hit fabrication shops in the US, Revolution Machine Tools has reserved a choice spot each year at the show, spotlighting some of the best and brightest machines from their vast inventory.
RMT will be at booth #C8316 this year and is planning to feature at least 10 machines at the show, with these nine already scheduled to be there:
- RMT TGB™ 14 CNC Threading, Grooving, Beveling Machine. If you only see one machine at FABTECH this year, this is the machine. The most popular model in RMT’s Pipe Spool Master™ Series, the TGB™ 14 is perfect for the preparation of pipe ends up to 14″ in diameter, offering threading, grooving, and beveling (the “TGB” of the model number), along with boring, centering, chamfering, drilling, facing, milling, rounding, tapering, tapping, texturing, thread cutting, turning, and weld preparation. The TGB machines are basically reverse lathes, with the pipe staying stationary and the tooling spinning around to perform the work (and doing so much faster and more accurately—and with a smaller footprint in the shop—of lathes of comparable sizes). Out of almost a dozen models in the series, the TGB™ 14 is ideal for adaptation into a portable machine that can do the work out at the job site, such as in an oil field.
- RMT PB-SMART™ 06-14 Panel Bender. A leader in the development of precision CNC press brakes, Revolution Machine Tools has now entered the arena of panel bending excellence, offering eight models in the PB-SMART series. Panel benders are faster than press brakes for automatically forming complex, large panels with high precision, such as those used in the construction of data centers. Unlike press brakes, they use universal tooling and clamping systems to complete multiple positive and negative bends in one setup, eliminating the need to rotate large, heavy parts manually. The model premiering at this year’s FABTECH is the RMT PB-SMART™ 06-14, which has an 14 gauge by 6′ bending capacity in carbon steel (8 gauge in aluminum plate and 14 gauge in stainless steel). A shop using this servo motor driven machine can do in two hours what it might otherwise take a press brake two days to accomplish.
- RMT B-GENIUS™ 6-70 Press Brake. One of 75 models of premier CNC press brakes offered by RMT, this 6′ x 70-ton precision hydraulic press brake features a 7-axis CNC (Y1, Y2, X, R, Z1, Z2, and CNC crowning). The automatic CNC crowning system improves part quality, while the servo-driven back gauge system allows for increased production speeds. Its 3D capable graphical control unit can simulate bending sequences and collision points.
- RMT A-FAB™ HD 334 Angle Roll. Of the nearly 20 models of profile rolling machines that they carry, RMT chose this heavy-duty hydraulic powerhouse for the show this year. Able to work in either a horizontal or vertical mode (with rolls facing up or facing forward, depending on the user’s needs), the machine can bend up to 3″ SCH 40 pipe to a 44″ internal diameter.
- RMT R-SMART™ 5-787 Plate Roll. This hydraulic CNC 4-roll plate rolling machine has a 5′ 1″ bending length, a 7.87″ top roll, and features a planetary guide system. Built for precision, durability, and versatile forming, this workhorse is just one of nearly 150 different models of plate rolls that RMT offers.
- RMT PBV-SMART™ 1.57 Plate Beveler. Got plate? Well, if you roll it, you might also want to bevel it to prepare it for welding, and RMT has you covered. Instead of grinding edges, which is noisy, time consuming, and disperses large amounts of dust throughout the shop, the PBV-SMART 1.57 mills plate edges, doing the work of 30 grinders in a fraction of the time. This labor-saving device can bevel a workpiece 10″ and greater in length, with a minimum part thickness of 0.12″ and a maximum thickness of 1.58″
- RMT HZ-FAB™ 44 Horizontal Press. Perfect for small bending jobs, this machine offers 44-ton maximum pressure at 200 bar and has an 11.25″ maximum stroke. It has an 8″ x 1″ flat bending capacity and a 2.36″ x 0.19″ round tube bending capacity. More versatile that a standard vertical press or press brake, the HZ-FAB series machines can be equipped with a variety of tooling options, allowing for rapid transitions between tasks such as bending profiles around a radius die, hole punching, tube notching, shearing, or pipe swaging. Its compact size not only gives it a smaller footprint on the shop floor but also allows it to be easily moved with equipment like forklifts or even pallet jacks.
- RMT S-FAB™ VDM 18-28 Vertical Bandsaw. RMT premiered its first vertical bandsaw at FABTECH last year, and they’ve brought a larger model to this year’s show. The 18″ x 28″ cutting capacity of the VDM 18-28 handles heftier jobs while still delivering fast, accurate straight and angled cuts—even at very precise angles. This semi-automatic, double miter vertical saw features an automatic control system, a hydraulic system that adjusts cutting and descent speeds for consistent results, and a space-saving rotating hub that angles the saw head instead of the material.
- R-FAB™ 5-512 Plate Roll, the first in a new line of compact but powerful 4-roll plate rolls for those needing a more economical alternative to the R-SMART™ series.This is an ideal plate roll bending machine for shops that need an easy-to-operate machine using a 4-roll design and working with light gauge materials ranging from 20 Ga to 1/4”. These machines come standard with tiltable side rolls for rolling a cone-shaped parts. Additionally, changing the top roll on this machine is very easy. For example, you can replace a 5” diameter top roll with an 3” diameter top roll in minutes. You won’t be stuck when needing to bend thinner sheets with a smaller diameter. The R-FAB plate rolls are available in lengths from 2’ to 6’, making it very flexible for a wide range of applications, so you can get the right machine for your needs.
- RMT S-ECO™ PDM 9-12. Of the 34 models of horizontal bandsaws that Revolution Machine Tools sells, they can usually be counted on having an S-ECO™ PDM 9-12 at FABTECH each year.
